关于不同年龄段农民从业偏好的影响因素相关分析——基于陕西省佳县红枣种植区6个村庄的调查数据

Related Analysis on Factors Affecting Occupation Trend of Farmers of Different Ages,Based on the Survey Data of Six Villages in Jiaxian of Shanxi Province

文章基于2010年陕西省佳县红枣种植区农户的调查数据,分析了不同年龄段农民的从业偏好、个体特征与家庭种枣特征及环境特征的相关关系。实证结果表明,年龄是决定农民从业偏好的最主要影响因素;其次与所在区位、性别、健康程度、受教育程度、红枣种植投入产出比等变量呈显著正相关;而与是否是户主、是否愿意更换新品种、实际外出务工天数、对枣树管理用工及技术复杂程度的认知、红枣种植规模、红枣价格、农资价格、裂果发生程度、有无社会化服务组织提供技术指导等变量呈显著负相关。

Based on data of survey of households in 2010 in Jiaxian of Shanxi Province, a jujube growing area, the relationship among different ages＇ farmers＇ occupation trend and farmers＇ personal characteristics, characteristics of family planting jujube, environmental characteristics were analyzed in the paper. The results showed that the age was the main factor affecting farmers＇ occupation trend. There was a significant positive correlation between farmers＇ occupation trend and the location, sexuality, the level of health and education, the input -output ratio of planting jujube. However, there was a significant negative correlation between farmers＇ occupation trend and being the head of household, willing to replace the new varieties, the actual number of days for migrant work, the knowing of jujube management labor and technical complexity, the scale of jujube planting, the jujube prices, the agricultural inputs＇ prices, the degree of cracking occurs, whether there are socialized service organizations to provide technical advices.
