摘要
为了有效地提高农业科研单位的绩效,文章在分析现有评价模式存在的问题基础上,提出了基于KPI模式的农业科研单位科技人员绩效评价体系,指出该体系的关键点为团队贡献的引入和对不同类型人员KPI确立,并建立了相应的KPI要素,细化了量化和非量化评价指标,使科技人员的绩效评价能更加科学高效地反映出农业科研单位的团队建设、业绩产出和资源利用情况,以期为同类型的组织或单位的绩效评价体系的建立提供参考。
For raising the personal performance valuation of the agricultural research institutions, a personal performance valuation system based on KPI mode was proposed after analysis of problems in current evaluation mode. The performance valuation system built different KPI factors which would be corresponding to different types of agricultural researchers and introduced contribution of teamwork. These KPI factors defined the quantifiable valuation and non-quantifiable valuation in detail. This research would reflect the team building, the work achievement and the resource utilization in the agricultural research institutions more scientifically and effectively.
