失业女性再就业问题及其隐性因素研究——以秦皇岛市为例

The Research of the Re-employment of Unemployed Women and their Hidden Factor——A Case Study of Qinhuangdao City

本文分析了秦皇岛市失业女性的基本情况,突破了以往对于失业女性再就业研究中只关注女性年龄结构、文化水平和培训经历等显性因素的弊端,从影响失业女性再就业的就业心理因素、家庭因素、职业技能因素以及失业女性的社区就业、非正规就业方面入手,以一个全新的视角研究女性再就业问题,并提出策略。

This paper analyzes the basic situation of unemployed women Qinhuangdao City, broke through the re-employment for unemployed women in the past only concern age structure, cultural level and training experience and dominant factors of malpractice, from the impact of the re-employment of unemployed women employment psychological factors, family factors, vocational skill factors and unemployed women ＇s community employment, informal employment aspects, with a new perspective to study women again obtain employment problem, and put forward the strategy.
