摘要
在2011年全国两会上,行业收入差距问题成为与会代表关注的焦点。目前我国行业收入差距过大已取得共识,但具体到天津近况如何?现有文献还没有深入研究。本文将从现有数据出发,就天津市2005-2009年间城镇在岗职工行业工资收入差距展开研究,通过分析天津市"十五"末期和"十一五"期间的行业收入差距变动趋势,寻找变动过程中反映出的问题,以期针对问题提出在"十二五"期间缩小收入差距的有效对策。
On the two sessions in 2011, the industrial wage gap became the focus of attention. At present, it has been universally recognized that China＇s industrial wage gap is too large. But how about Tianjin＇s going？ There isn＇t deep research in the existing literatures. Based on the present data, this paper will study the industrial wage gap of fully employed staff and workers in Tianjin during 2005 to 2009. Throughout the trend analysis of wage gap change on Tianjin during the period of the 10th and 1 lth 5-year, this paper will find some issues in the process of change, and offer effective countermeasures on narrowing the wage gap during the period of 12th 5-year.
