摘要
应用光敏电阻的相关特性,设计了一种新型发光二极管光强分布的测量装置.通过该装置对多种不同参数,不同发光颜色的发光二极管进行测量,并基于Matlab对测量结果高次拟合,模拟了多组发光二极管的光强分布曲线,结果较为准确.该装置成本低,体积小,环境适应性强,测量过程简单,具有广阔的发展前景.
Appling related characteristics of photoresistance, we designed a kind of new LED light intensity distribution measuring device. Using this measuring device to measure a variety of LEDs, which parameters and light colors different are different, and based on matlab high times fitting, we simulated all the tested LEDs luminous intensity distribution curve. The fitting is reliable. This measuring device is low cost, small-sized, adaptability to the environment is strong, and the measure ment process is simple. And thus it has a broad development prospects.
