摘要
为了探索解决钧台窑制作时代问题,选取1974年和2004年两次发掘出土钧瓷样品45个,对这些样品进行质子激发Χ射线荧光分析(PIXE),测定每个样品的化学组分.将所有样品的主量化学组成数据计算平均值和模糊聚类分析,得到以下分析结果:两者胎的多数主量化学组成平均含量接近但有所不同,其分类关系和胎料产地接近但有些不同.两者釉的SiO2,CaO,Fe2O3平均含量差别较大,其余7种化学组成平均含量接近;两者多数部分钧瓷釉的釉料来源和配方接近但不同,少数部分钧瓷釉的釉料来源和配方相似.孔雀绿釉的胎料产地和同时期钧瓷胎相似,但釉料来源,配方和所有的钧瓷釉都不相同.
To solve the problem of the production era of Juntai kiln, We selected 45 Jun porcelain samples unearthed in 1974 and 2004, analysed the samples by Proton Induced X-ray Emission (PIXE), and detemined the chemical components of each sample. After analysing the data of the major chemical components of all the samples by calculation of average and analysis of fuzzy cluster, we got the conclusion that the average contents of most major chemical components of the two porcelain body are close but different, and the classification and sources of of the materials are also close but slightly different. The average contents of SlOe, CaO, Fee O3 in the glaze of both vary greatly, while the remaining seven chemical components have similar average content. The source and recipe of most glaze are close but different, while those of a small part are similar. The origion of the material of the malachite green glaze is close to Jun Porcelain at the same period, hut the origin and recipe of the glaze are different from that of all the Jun porcelains.
