摘要
结合生产中的实际情况,在大量实验的基础上,对阿托伐他汀钙的合成路线进行了优化,探索出了适合工业化生产的阿托伐他汀钙的新工艺,建立了阿托伐他汀钙的生产新工艺,总收率60%以上.并通过红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、元素分析等分析手段,对阿托伐他汀钙进行了结构表征.此工艺反应条件温和,原料易得,操作简便,产率高,产品纯度高,有机溶剂残留量低,符合药用标准,适应于工业化生产.
In this paper, combined with the actual situation in production, based on a large number of experiments, the effects of atorvastatin calcium on synthetic route was optimized, explored the suitable for industrialized production of atorvastatin calcium in new technology, established the atorvastatin calcium in the production process, the total yield was 60%. By IRH NMR, elemental analysis and other analysis methods, the effects of atorvastatin calcium on the structure characterization. The synthetic routes has mild reaction conditions, easily available raw materials, simple operation, high yield, high product purity, residual organic solvents with low, medicinal standards and is suitable for industrialized uroductinn.
