摘要
以河南省某皮革厂二沉池出水为研究对象,研究了类Fenton试剂+催化剂A氧化法对皮革废水的处理效果及影响因素.通过试验,探讨了H2O2与Fe2+两者的投配比、反应时间、PAM的投加量、曝气时间等相关因素对COD去除率的影响.结果表明:2.5%H2O2与10%FeSO4·7H2O的最佳摩尔比是1∶1,最佳投配量分别是9.6mL和22.0mL;0.6%PAM最佳投加量为0.8mL,反应时间为1.5h,曝气时间为10min.经过处理,出水COD控制在80mg·L-1以内,效果显著,达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)皮革废水一级标准.
With the secondary sedimentation tank effluent from the leather factory in Henan province as the object, the effect of Fenton like reagent oxidation cooperated with catalyst A on the tannery wastewater treatment and the influence factors thereof were studied. The effect factors on COD removal rate of tannery wastewater were discussed by investigating the influence of different operation parameter such as the dosage ratio of HeO2 to Fe2+ , the reaction time, the dosage of PAM and the aeration time. The experimental results show that the optimal molar ratio of 2.5 % H2O2 to10% FeSO4 ·7H2O was 1 : 1, and the optimal dosing quantity was 9.6 mL and 22.0 mL respectively. The optimal dosage of 0.6~PAM was 0.8 mL, the reaction time was 1.5 h ,which met (GB8978 1996). the nd the aeration time wa specification for grade s 10 rains. Under the above condition, the COD of the effluent decreased 80 mg 1 of tannery wastewater discharge in integrated wastewater discharge standard
