摘要
采用文献资料法、特尔菲法等研究方法对排球运动员爆发力优化训练方法进行分层分析和实验研究.实验结果显示,实验组和对照组在为期20周的训练后4项测试指标都有不同程度的提高.A组(实验组)12名男排队员优化手段训练后的爆发力在0.01水平上有着非常显著性提高,而B组(对照组)12名男排队员普通方式训练的爆发力在0.05水平上有显著性提高.
By using the method of literature, Ritter illegal, experiment, mathematical statistics and other methods for volleyball athletes' explosive force, stratified analysis and experimental research of optimization training method was carried out. The experimental results show that the experimental group and the control group within the 20 weeks after the training of the four test index all have different degrees of improvement. For group A (experimental group), 12 players optimization means training after the explosive force in the 0.01 level has a very significant improvement, and group B (control group), 12 players common ways of training the explosive force are significant in the 0.05 level improved. Result shows that elected four optimization training methods to improve the volleyball players explosion has very significant meaning.
