摘要
EPON接入是一种应用于光网络的新型的宽带接入技术。分析了EPON技术以其传输速率高、损耗低、兼容性强等优势应用于海底观测通信网络中的可行性,利用OptiSystem仿真软件搭建了EPON光传输链路的仿真模型,并对1.25Gb/s上下行信号的传输性能及Q因子、误码率、眼图等参数进行分析,进而验证了EPON系统较高的传输性能。
EPON is a new broadband access technology applied in optical access network.Several advantages of EPON and the feasibility of EPON's application in the seafloor observation network,which include higher transmission speed,lower loss,strong compatibility and so on.The simulation model of the EPON system based on the OptiSystem is presented.The transmission performance of signals with a rate of 1.25 Gb/s and the simulation results such as Q factor,BER,eye-pattern are given and deeply analyzed.Finally the high transmission performance of EPON is verified.
