摘要
从我国国有企业冗员过多的现状入手 ,根据我国的现实情况 ,以马克思主义经济学为指导 ,借用西方劳动经济学的理论 ,对国有企业冗员的成因作了分析 ,并就解决国有企业冗员问题提出了措施和建议。
This article discusses the problem of personnel redundance in the state-owned enterprises. Directed by the Marx's economics theory, according to the theory of western labor economics and our nation's real situation, the cause of personnel redundance in the state-owned enterprises has been analyzed and the countermeasure put forward.
