摘要
目的:探讨阴道分娩与剖宫分娩产妇分娩前后外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的不同变化。方法:采用流式细胞仪检测25例阴道分娩产妇有规律宫缩时和25例择期剖宫产产妇术前当日及产后1d、42d、1年外周血T淋巴细胞亚群含量进行对比。结果:①阴道分娩组与剖宫分娩组分娩前后CD3+细胞无明显差异。②分娩前阴道分娩组较剖宫分娩组CD4+细胞明显高,CD8+细胞明显低,CD4+/CD8+明显高。③产后1d两组CD4+细胞均较产前明显下降,CD8+细胞明显升高,CD4+/CD8+明显下降;阴道分娩组较剖宫分娩组CD4+及CD4+/CD8+明显高。④产后42d两组CD4+及CD4+/CD8+较产后1d均升高,阴道分娩组较剖宫分娩组高,但无明显差异。⑤产后1年阴道分娩组较剖宫分娩组CD4+及CD4+/CD8+高,但无明显差异。结论:阴道分娩组较剖宫分娩组细胞免疫功能恢复快,阴道分娩组较剖宫分娩组细胞免疫功能强。
Objective: To investigate the different changes of T lymphocytes sub-types in peripheral blood before and after delivery between vaginal deliveries and cesarean deliveries. Methods: Flow cytometry was used to measure T lymphocytes sub-types in peripheral blood of 25 vaginal deliveries at the time of regular contractions and 25 elective cesarean deliveries at the time before operation respectively and 1 day, 42 days,1 year after postpartum. Results: ①There were no significant difference in CD3+ cells prenatal or postpartum between the vaginal delivery group and the cesarean delivery group. ②The group of vaginal deliveries had higher levels of CD4+ cells and CD4+ / CD8+ but lower levels of CD8+ cells than the group of cesarean deliveries before delivery. ③Both two groups had lower levels of CD4+ cells and CD4+/CD8+ but higher levels of CD8+ cells at the time 1 day after delivery. The va ginal delivery group had higher levels of CD4+ cells and CD4+/CD8+. ④Both two groups had increased levels of CD4+ cells and CD4+/CD8+ at the time of 42 days after delivery when compared with the levels at the time of 1 day after delivery,especially in the vaginal delivery group. ⑤The vaginal delivery group had higher levels of CD4+ and CD4+ / CD8+ than the cesarean delivery group at the time of 1 year After delivery. Conclusion: The recovery of cel- lular immune function of the vaginal delivery groups better than the cesarean delivery group. Cell immune function is better in the vaginal delivery group.
