城市住区边界规划策略研究

Research on Planning Strategy of Boundary of Urban Residential District

居民生活品质的提高直接反映在居住环境的改善上,边界空间环境是城市住区环境和城市环境的重要组成部分。我国当代城市和住区建设发展中所面临的众多问题在一定程度上反映在住区边界——这一普遍存在的形态上。由此提出城市住区的"边界问题",探索我国住区边界空间的内在价值和发展规律,找出问题所在,提出解决问题的策略。

Improvement of residents＇ life quality is directly reflected in improve- ment of dwelling environment, while boundary space environment is an important part of urban residential district environment and urban environment. Numerous problems that China faces in contemporary urban and residential district construction develop- ment are reflected in residential district boundary to some extent, a form of universal existence. On this basis, this article puts forward ＂boundary problem＂ of urban resi- dential district, explores the inherent value and law of development of boundary space of China＇s residential district, discovers the problem, and puts forward the solution to the problem.
