摘要
某新村综合改造工程对房屋南阳台进行改造,保留原阳台板、新增钢筋混凝土阳台围护薄腹梁,薄腹梁与墙交接处设置混凝土柱。为明确改造效果,确保房屋结构安全,对改造结束的一个南阳台进行堆载实验。本次试验模拟均布荷载进行加载,逆序卸载;实验过程中对阳台的完损状况、阳台板挠度进行监测。堆载实验顺利完成,阳台各部位未出现由于承载力不足引起的损坏,阳台板挠度均小于挠度限值。
The comprehensive transformation project of a new village transforms south balcony of the house, original balcony slab is preserved and reinforced concrete thin webbed girder of balcony enclosing is newly added, and concrete column is in stalled where thin webbed girder and wall connect. To define transformation effect, ensure housing structure safety, loading test is conducted on a south balcony after transformation. The test imitates even load for loading and inverse order unloading; damage condition of balcony and deflection of balcony slab is monitored during the test. The loading test is completed successfully, there is no damage caused by insuffi cient bearing capacity in each part of the balcony, and deflection of balcony slab is less than deflection limit.
