摘要
分析了厚壁锅炉管冲击性能较低的原因。讨论矫直温度、工艺控制措施、终轧温度等对厚壁锅炉管冲击性能的影响,并对比分析了冲击性能合格与不合格产品的显微组织。研究结果表明,通过采取矫直时避开350℃脆性温度区、采用较小压下量、降低终轧温度、控制魏氏组织形成等措施,可明显地提高厚壁锅炉管的冲击性能。
Analyzed in the paper are the elements responsible for the low impact property of the heavy-wall boiler pipe. Such elements which negatively influence the impact property of the said pipe include the straightening temperature, relevant process control measures and the final-rolling temperature, etc. The macrostructure of the pipe with qualified impact property is compared with that of the pipe with unqualified impact property. The result of the study shows that the impact property of the heavy-wall boiler pipe will be significantly increased by means of such measures as avoiding straightening within the 350 % brittle temperature zone, adopting rather small screwdown amount, reducing the final rolling temperature, and properly controlling of forming of Widmannstatten structure, etc.
