摘要 从电气控制系统硬件和软件的整体性、安全继电器的使用、运动部件软限位的设置、故障报警的功能状况等方面分析了大直径焊管生产线进口设备电气控制系统的先进设计思想,找出国产设备在设计上的差距,提出相应的建议。分析认为,尽快提高电气控制系统的设计水平,是国产设备追赶国际一流制造水平的突破方向。 Analyzed in the paper is the advanced design philosophy of the electric control system of the imported equipment that is incorporated into the large-sized weld pipe production line, covering such aspects as the integrity of the system' s hard ware and software, adoption of the safety relay, setting up of the soft limiter for the moving part, and the failure alarming function, etc. As a result, the gap between the advanced imported system and the similar one as made at home is identified, and then relevant suggestions are proposed. The analysis result also leads to such a conclusion that the approach to the breakthrough for the home-made equipment to be up to the world first-class manufacture level is enhancing the design level of the electric control system as soon as possible.
