摘要
高斯奠定了哥廷根数学学派的学术传统.这一传统历经几代人而得以很好地继承和发扬光大.建立量子力学的玻恩哥廷根物理学派,是高斯奠定的学术传统适逢物理学具有特殊发展需求阶段的必然产物.通过理清哥廷根数理学术图谱的复杂关系,展示了一个学派先进学术传统得以有序传承的重要意义.
The tradition of the Gottingen mathematics school was laid by Gauss. As a spirit it had been well in- herited and further developed by several generations. The Gottingen physical school of Born, which founded the quantum mechanics, was the inevitable product when the tradition met the times when physics had special need on mathematics. The continuous inheritance of the tradition or spirit of a school is very important, which can be illus- trated by the academic diagram of the Gottingen physical school.
