摘要
利用40kg试验焦炉进行顶装与捣固炼焦试验,对比分析发现,捣固炼焦工艺可以明显改善焦炭的冷态强度,提高焦炭抗碎强度,改善耐磨强度,还可提高焦炭的反应后强度,但对焦炭的反应性影响不大,可以使焦炭粒度组成更加均匀化。
Test for top-charge and stamp-charge coke oven batteries by 40kg test coke oven is described in this paper, which shows that the stamp-charge process can obviously improve the cold strength, crashing strength, abrasion strength and CSR of coke but it would uniformize the has little effect on the CRI.
