摘要
阐述了串罐无料钟高炉布料规律,分析了影响布料规律的因素,并介绍了炉料堆角在炉内的动态变化计算方法,得出了炉料落点、落下后移动距离、料面形状和焦炭混合层的计算结果。
The rule of burden distribution in Blast Furnace with serial bell-less top is explained.Some factors which influence the rule of burden distribution are analyzed.The method for evaluating dynamic changes of the repose angle of burden in BF is introduced.By using the said method these results of calculation such as landing point of burden,moving distance of burden after charging,shape of charge level and mixed layers of cokes are obtained.
