Effect of Cooling Process on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Economical Hot-rolled Dual-phase Steel

摘要 以一种低Si含Cr热轧双相钢为研究对象,通过实验室热轧试验,对比研究了两种不同的轧后冷却工艺对获得的双相钢板的组织和性能的影响。结果表明,轧后采用易于控制的连续层流冷却工艺时,钢板的抗拉强度可达600 MPa以上,屈强比约为0.56,延伸率高于26%,n值大于0.22;轧后采用三段式冷却工艺时,钢板强度略低,抗拉强度大于550 MPa,其它性能较优。 A low silicon dual phase steel sheet with adding Cr is produced by hot rolling in laboratory and the effect of two different cooling processes after hot rolling on microstructure and mechanical properties of the steel sheet is studied.The results show that the tensile strength of the steel which is cooled by using continuous laminar cooling process after finish rolling is more than 600 MPa,and its yield ratio is about 0.56,elongation over 26% and the n value above 0.22.However if the steel is cooled by using three-stage cooling process after finish rolling,its tensile strengthen decreases slightly,being still above 550 MPa while some other properties of the steel are better.
