积极心理学视野下的大学生心理健康教育新模式构建 被引量:1

摘要 统治近半个世纪的消极(病理或病态)心理学是以问题为关注重心,学校的心理健康教育模式也是遵循了消极心理学的以问题疾病为导向的治疗方针。近十年来兴起的积极心理学对学校心理健康教育在教育内容﹑教育途径以及教育方式方法上提出了新的思路,即从问题导向到积极价值取向模式,不但要关注问题更要挖掘学生的潜能,培养受教育者的品质,使学生幸福乐观地对待学习和生活。
