摘要
阐述了溶解乙炔生产过程中产生的电石渣浆的压滤工艺,针对压滤工艺存在的弊端,提出经初级沉淀后加入一定量的凝结剂,通过改进后的过滤工艺,分离出清水,返回生产系统循环利用,干渣形成含水量约30%~40%的半干电石渣,直接用于生产免烧砖。达到节能降耗、三废综合利用的目的。
Abstyact: This paper expounds the dissolved acetylene production process of carbide slag slurry pressure filter technology, in view of the disadvantages of pressure filtration process, put forward the primary precipitation add a certain amount of coagulant, through the improved filtering process, separating out water and return the production system recycling, dry slag formation water content about 30% - 40% of the half dry carbide slag, directly for the production of baking-free brick. Achieve saving energy and reducing consumption, and "three wastes" the purpose of comprehensive utilization.
