普乐安联合针灸治疗用于乌干达前列腺增生症患者的临床观察

Joint Acupuncture Treatment Used for Conprosta Uganda Patients with Benign Prostate Hyperplasia of the Clinical Observation

目的探讨单独口服普乐安治疗以及普乐安联合针灸治疗对乌干达良性前列腺增生症患者的疗效。方法选择该院援外医疗队2009年8月—2011年7月到乌干达金贾医院就诊治疗的400例患者。并将其随机分为试验组(200例)与对照组(200例);对照组仅口服药物普乐安,3次/d,3粒/d;试验组在对照组的基础上,以关元、归来、肾俞、三阴交为主穴针灸,辅以辨证配穴治疗;均连续治疗4周。观察治疗前后国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、最大尿流率(MFR)、平均尿流率(AFR)、残余尿量(RU)以及前列腺体积。结果对照组治疗后IPSS,MFR,AFR,RU较治疗前均有明显改善(P<0.05);试验组的IPSS,MFR,AFR,RU及前列腺体积改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论普乐安联合针灸治疗对乌干达良性前列腺增生症患者疗效明显,其效果优于单独用药。

Objective Discusses oral treatment and alone conprosta conprosta joint acupuncture treatment to Uganda benign prostatic hyperplasia the curative effect of patients.Methods Chinese medical team choose in August 2009-July 2011 to JINJA Hospital of Uganda treatment of 400 patients.And the qol were randomly divided into trial（200 cases）and control group（n=200）;The control group only oral drug conprosta,three times a day,each time three goals;Patients in the control group,and on the basis of close yuan to return,＂kidney deficiency-senescence＂,three Yin/give priority to acupuncture point acupuncture,complementary with syndrome differentiation and treatment with acupuncture point;All continuous treatment 4 weeks.Observed before and after treatment international prostate symptoms score（IPSS）,maximum urine flow rate（MFR）,average urine flow rate（AFR）,residual urine output（RU）and prostate olume.Results The control group after treatment IPSS,MFR,AFR,RU more before treatment will be improved obviously（P0.05）;The group IPSS,MFR,AFR,RU and prostate olume improve degree than in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Conprosta joint acupuncture treatment to benign prostatic hyperplasia patients of Uganda efficacy is obvious,its effect is better than single drug use.
