临河地区结核病控制项目2007—2012年实施效果分析

目的为了了解结核病防治及治疗效果。方法选择该院对临河地区结核病控制项目2007年5月11日—2012年4月30日期间,对门诊登记的疑似病人或结核病人,采用DOTS策略的政府承诺、多部门参与的专业防治。结果实施项目5年来,涂阳病人的治愈率达91.35%,远远超过了项目要求的85%的指标,取得了显著的社会效益和经济效益。结论通过该研究效果评价,需要进一步强化各级医疗机构密切配合,努力做好肺结核病人的发现、转诊及归口管理,使现代结核病控制策略得以全面贯彻和实施。

Objective In order to understand the treatment of TB prevention and control.Methods The implementation effect of the Yulin region Tuberculosis Control Project May 1,2007-2012,April 30th five years,the TB program analysis and evaluation.Outpatient registration of suspected patients or TB;the DOTS strategy,multi-sectoral participation in professional prevention.Results Implementation of the project five years,the cure of smear-positive patients was 91.35%,far exceeding the target of 85% of the project requirements,and achieved remarkable social and economic benefits.Condusion Through the evaluation of the effect of this project,we want to further strengthen the close coordination of medical institutions at all levels,strive to do the discovery of the tuberculosis patients,referral and centralized management,modern TB control strategy to be fully up and implementation.
