新生儿沐浴中实施危机干预的研究

目的探讨新生儿沐浴中的危机干预,加强护理安全管理措施,降低新生儿医院感染,保证新生儿沐浴安全。方法将2012年1—6月在该院出生的新生儿486例按护理方法不同随机分为两组,对照组为传统方法沐浴护理;观察组强化护理安全管理,危机干预贯穿沐浴全程,包括接、洗、穿、核对、交接操作流程并严格执行消毒隔离制度等。结果对照组并发症发生率及护患纠纷发生比率明显低于观察组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在新生儿沐浴中实行危机干预,可以显著降低新生儿医院感染比率,提高了新生儿护理质量。

Objective To investigate the the newborn bathing in the crisis intervention,strengthen nursing safety management measures to reduce neonatal nosocomial infection,to ensure the safety of the newborn bathing.Methods Newborns born in our hospital from January 2012 to June a total of 486 cases according to the different methods of care were randomly divided into two groups,the control group,the traditional method of bathing care;observation group to strengthen nursing safety management,crisis intervention throughout the bath full then,wash and wear,check,transfer of operational processes and strict implementation of disinfection and isolation system.Results The results of the control group,the incidence of complications and the nurse-patient disputes occurrence rate was significantly lower than the observation group,the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Implementation of crisis intervention in the newborn bathing,can significantly reduce the neonatal hospital infection ratio,and improve the quality of care for newborns.
