尼尔雌醇和米非司酮用于绝经后妇女宫内节育器取出术的效果观察

The effect observation of Nilestriol Tablets and Mifepristone applied in postmenopausal iud technique

目的对尼尔雌醇和米非司酮两种给药方法用于绝经后妇女宫内节育器取出效果进行观察。方法随机选取来本站就诊的106例绝经后需要取宫内节育器妇女,将其随机分成两组,Ⅰ组52例患者服用尼尔雌醇后取出宫内节育器,Ⅱ组54例患者服用米非司酮后取出宫内节育器,另选取同期48例只实施常规取器术妇女作为对照,对3组患者用药后的宫颈软化情况、取环期间的反应情况和取环效果进行比较分析。结果通过比较发现Ⅰ组宫颈充分软化率为80.77%,Ⅱ组为77.78%,Ⅰ组重度反应发生率为3.85%,Ⅱ组为5.56%,Ⅰ组的取环成功率为100.00%,Ⅱ组96.30%,两组的三项观察指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),同对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尼尔雌醇和米非司酮对绝经后妇女宫内节育器取出术的辅助效果明显,明显减少了术中不良反应,大大提升了手术成功率,两种给药方法均适于临床应用。

Objective To oberserve the curative effect of postmenopausal women with intrauterine device removal of two drug delivery Nilestriol Tablets and Mifepristone.Methods One hundred and six cases postmenopausal women who needed to remove the intrauterine device visited in our health center were randomly selected.They were devided into two groups at random.Group Ⅰ of 52 cases taken Nilestriol Tablets and then were removed the intrauterine device,group Ⅱ of 54 cases taked mifepristone and then were removed the intrauterine device.In addition selected 48 cases women by implementing conventional operation as the control.The condition of cervical softening,reaction conditions and effect of removal for three groups were compared and analyzed.Results By comparison,the cervical fully softening rate of group Ⅰ was 80.77%,the group Ⅱ was 77.78%.The rate of severe reaction for group Ⅰ was 3.85%,group Ⅱ was 5.56%.The removal success rate of group Ⅰ was 100.00%,group Ⅱ was 96.30%.Three observation index of group Ⅰ and Ⅱ had no obvious difference （P 0.05）,but a statistically significant difference compared with control group （P 0.05）.Conclusion Nilestriol Tablets and mifepristone have an obvious efficacy for removing intrauterine device,and significantly reduce intraoperative adverse reaction,and greatly improve the success rate of the operation.The drug methods are deserved for clinical application.
