摘要
目的观察改良B-Lynch缝合法治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血的疗效。方法将2010年1月～2011年12月来本院就诊的42例宫缩乏力性产后出血患者随机均分为两组,试验组给予改良B-Lynch缝合法进行治疗,对照组给予宫腔填塞纱条进行治疗,评定两组患者的疗效。结果试验组治疗总有效率为90.48%,对照组为52.38%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义,P<0.01。结论应用改良B-Lynch缝合法治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血可取得较好的疗效,值得临床进一步推广应用。
Objective To observe the efficacy of modified B-Lynch suture treatment of uterine inertia postpartum hemorrhage.Methods Forty-two cases of patients of uterine inertia postpartum hemorrhage admitted in our hospital from January 2010 to September 2011 were randomly and average divided into two groups,the test group was treated with the modified B-Lynch suture,the control group was treated with uterine blockage gauze,the efficacy of two groups of patients were assessed.Results The total treatment efficiency of the test group was up to 90.48%,the control group was 52.38%,the difference was statistically significant,P 0.01.Conclusion Using a modified B-Lynch suture treatment of uterine atony postpartum hemorrhage can get a good effect,worthy of further promotion and application in clinical.
