应用美托洛尔治疗冠心病患者的平板运动试验结果分析

Result analysis of treadmill exercise test in coronary heart disease patients treated by taking metoprolol

目的探讨应用美托洛尔治疗冠心病患者的平板运动试验的特征。方法将182例冠心病患者随机分为两组,观察组采用常规药物加美托洛尔治疗,对照组采用常规药物治疗。分别对两组患者进行平板运动试验,并对比分析两组患者的各个参数差异。结果观察组患者的运动前心率、最大心率、ST段压低值、△ST/HR指数等参数均明显低于对照组,运动时间及代谢当量明显大于对照组。结论平板运动试验结果可以显示美托洛尔治疗冠心病的疗效和特点,美托洛尔不仅降低静息心率,还降低运动心率。

Objective To explore the features of treadmill test in coronary heart disease patients after taking metoprolol.Methods One hundred and eighty-two cornary heart disease patients were randomly divided into two groups.In observation group,patients were given conventional drugs and metoprolol for the treatment,while in control group,only regular treatment was provided.After conducting treadmill test in both groups,each parameter from the test was comparatively analyzed between the two groups.Results Such parameters like heart rate before exercise,maximum heart rate,ST segment depression value,△ST/HR index in observation group were evidently lower than those in control group.Compared with the control group,the movement time was longer,and the metabolic equivalent was larger in the observation group.Conclusion Outcomes of treadmill test demonstrate the characters and therapeutic effects of metoprolol in the treatment of coronary heart disease.The metoprolol lower down resting heart rate as well as exercise heart rate.
