摘要
目的观察氨溴特罗口服液佐治婴幼儿哮喘的临床疗效和安全性。方法回顾性分析本院2008年9月~2011年12月收治入院的经确诊为婴幼儿哮喘的200例患儿临床资料,根据治疗方法不同将200例婴幼儿哮喘患儿平均分为治疗组和对照组,两组均予抗感染、抗病毒、补液、使用糖皮质激素及对症治疗,治疗组加用氨溴特罗口服溶液。在治疗前及治疗后3d和5d观察呼吸道单个症状及症状综合评分并记录不良反应,比较两组疗效和安全性。结果治疗组100例治疗前后潮气量(TV)、达峰流速时间百分比(T-PF%)、达峰流速呼气容量百分比(V-PF%)、最大呼气峰流速(PF)、肺活量50%时瞬间流速(V50)、肺活量25%时瞬间流速(V25)、气道阻力(Cr)等指标比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿经治疗后,治疗组痊愈59例,对照组痊愈13例,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氨溴特罗口服液治疗婴幼儿哮喘疗效可靠,是一种安全、有效的止咳祛痰平喘药,患者依从性好。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Ambroxol Hydrochloride and Clenbuterol Hydrochloride Oral Solution in treatment of infants with asthma.Methods The clinical data of 200 patients diagnosed with asthma of infants and young children in our hospital from September 2008 to December 2011 was retrospectively analyzed,200 cases of infant asthma patients were divided into treatment group and control group according to the different treatment,the two groups were all given anti-infective,anti-virus,fluid infusion,corticosteroids and symptomatic treatment,on the basis,treatment group was given Ambroxol Hydrochloride and Clenbuterol Hydrochloride Oral Solution,before treatment and 3 d and 5 d after treatment,respiratory individual symptoms,symptoms composite score and adverse reactions were observed,efficacy and safety of two groups were compared.Results In the 100 patients of treatment group,the TV,T-PF %,the V-PF%,PF,V50,V25,Cr indicators before and after treatment were compared,and the differences was statistically significant (P 0.05);after the treatment,59 cases were healed in treatment group,13 cases were cured in control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05).Conclusion The effect of Ambroxol Hydrochloride and Clenbuterol Hydrochloride Oral Solution in treatment of infants and young children with asthma is good,it is a safe,effective cough expectorant asthma medication,and patient compliance is better.
