天麻素注射液治疗偏头痛患者的临床观察

Clinical observation on Gastrodin Injection in the treatment of patients with migraine

目的观察天麻素注射液治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法将入组的60例偏头痛患者随机分为两组:治疗组30例给予天麻素注射液联合常规治疗,对照组30例给予常规治疗。结果治疗7d后治疗组总有效率为96.7%,高于对照组的73.3%(P<0.01)。结论天麻素注射液联合常规治疗偏头痛疗效显著,无明显不良反应。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Gastrodin Injection in the treatment of migraine.Methods Sixty patients with migraine into the group were randomly divided into two groups：30 cases in treatment group treated with Gastrodin Injection combined with routine treatment,30 cases in control group were given conventional treatment.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 96.7% after 7 days of the treatment,it was higher than that of control group （acounted for 73.3%,P 0.01）.Conclusion Gastrodin Injection combined with routine treatment of migraine has obvious curative effect,no adverse reaction.
