穴位埋线联合复方甘草酸苷治疗银屑病的临床应用

Clinical application of acupoint catgut embedding therapy and compound glycyrrhizin in treatment of psoriasis

目的观察穴位埋线联合复方甘草酸苷治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效。方法将86例寻常型银屑病患者随机分为治疗组43例、对照组43例。对照组仅给予复方甘草酸苷静滴,治疗组采用穴位埋线联合复方甘草酸苷静滴,3个疗程后观察比较两组治疗疗效。结果治疗后治疗组患者的度指数(psoriasis area and severity index,PASI)评分下降情况明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组有效率为83.72%,对照组有效率为53.49%,两组有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位埋线联合复方甘草酸苷治疗寻常型银屑病临床疗效显著,且无明显副作用。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of acupoint catgut embedding therapy and compound glycyrrhizin in treatment of psoriasis.Methods Eighty six patients with psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into treatment group （43 cases） and control group （43 cases）.The control group was only afforded compound glycyrrhizin intravenously guttae.The treatment group was afforded acupoint catgut embedding therapy and compound glycyrrhizin intravenously guttae.The clinical effects were observed after three courses between the two groups.Results PASI in treatment group decreased significantly than that in control group after three courses treatment.The difference had statistical significance between the two groups.The effective rate of the treatment group was 83.72%.The effective rate of the control group was 53.49%.The difference had statistical significance between the two groups.Conclusion Acupoint catgut embedding therapy and compound glycyrrhizin in treatment of psoriasis has remarkable clinical effects and no obvious adverse effect.
