针灸结合物理疗法对外伤性截瘫患者的康复治疗与护理

目的研究并探讨针灸结合物理疗法对外伤性截瘫患者的康复治疗与护理,以有效促进患者的早日康复。方法本研究的研究对象为本院收治的100例外伤性截瘫患者,将所有的患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各50例。对照组运用常规治疗与护理方式,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用针灸治疗,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果治疗组患者的临床治疗效果显著优于对照组。结论对于外伤性截瘫患者而言,在常规治疗的基础上外加针灸治疗是非常的安全和有效的,值得大力的推广和应用。

Objective To explore and research rehabilitation therapy and nursery for traumatic paraplegia patients treated by acupuncture combined with physical method,so as to effectively promote recovery as soon as possible.Methods One hundred patients with traumatic paraplegia were selected as observation object in our hospital.All of them were divided into control group and treatment group,with 50 cases in each group.Conventional treatment and nursing mode was adopted in control group,whereas treatment group patients were applied acupuncture therapy on the basis of control group.The clinical effect between two groups was compared.Results The clinical effect of patients in treatment group was significantly superior to that in control group.Conclusion Conventional therapy combined with acupuncture is safe and effective for traumatic paraplegia patients.It is worth promoting and applying.
