老年冠心病患者的有效护理方法分析

The analysis of available nursing methods on elderly patients with coronary heart disease

目的探讨老年冠心病患者的有效护理方法,以降低并发症的发生率。方法选取40例老年冠心病患者,平分成对照组和实验组,对照组给予常规护理,实验组在常规护理基础上进行专科特色护理。结果两组护理效果比较,实验组中的总有效率为95%,而对照组的总有效率为75%。两组对比,P<0.05,实验组的症状的发生率明显低于对照组。结论对于老年冠心病患者,在常规的护理基础上,再进行专科的特色护理,能够有效地减少疾病并发症的发生,利于患者早日康复。

Objective To explore the effective nursing methods on elderly patients with coronary heart disease in order to reduce the incidence of complications.Methods Forty elderly patients with coronary heart disease were collected and divided into control group and experimental group.The traditional nursing method was applied in control group,whereas the specialized characteristic nursing was used on the chbasis of traditional nursing in experimental group.Results The nursing result showed that the total effective rate was 95% in experimental group and 75% in control group.There was statistical significance between two groups,P 0.05.The incidence of symptom in experimental group was lower than that in control group.Conclusion The specialized characteristic nursing can reduce the incidence of complication on the basis of traditional nursing method.It is beneficial to patients for recovery as soon as possible.
