摘要
目的观察丙种球蛋白治疗川崎病的护理措施。方法 38例确诊为川崎病的患儿采用丙种球蛋白输注治疗,并采取相应的护理措施。结果治疗及护理过程顺利,川崎病病程缩短,总有效率达100%,且远期未发现冠状动脉扩张病例。结论丙种球蛋白治疗川崎病配合相应的护理措施可有效控制川崎病发展,减少远期并发症的发生。
Objective To discuss nursing measures of kawasaki disease treated with gamma globulin.Methods Thirty eight children with accurate diagnosis of kawasaki disease were infused with gamma globulin and nursed in appropriate measures.Results Treatment and nursing went on smoothly and successfully,the course of kawasaki disease is shortened.Total effective rate reached 100% and there was no coronary dilatation found in patients in long term.Conclusion Gamma globulin and appropriate nursing methods in treatment kawasaki disease can control the development of kawasaki disease and reduce long-term complications.
