我院抗肿瘤药物不良反应报告分析

Analysis of adverse drug reaction caused by antineoplastic drugs in our hospital

目的探讨本院2009～2010年抗肿瘤药物(西药)的不良反应,促进合理、安全地使用抗肿瘤药物。方法收集本院2009～2010年抗癌药物不良反应报告进行回顾性分析、评价。结果 178例ADR中,男性91例,女性87例,50岁以上127例(71.35%);涉及抗肿瘤药物6大类58种,引起ADR的药品种类中抗肿瘤植物药有64例排在第1位,占35.96%;消化系统不良反应最为常见,占46.07%。结论临床应该充分重视的抗肿瘤药物引起的不良反应,以提高抗肿瘤药物不良反应检测水平,及时发现、诊断和预防抗肿瘤药物引起的不良反应。

Objective To discuss the adverse drug reaction （ADR） caused by antineoplastic drugs from 2009 to 2010 in our hospital,in order to promote rational and safe use of antineoplastic drugs.Methods ADR cases caused by antineoplastic drugs from 2009 to 2010 were collected and analyzed retrospectively.Results Among all 178 ADR cases,91 cases were male,87 cases were female,127 cases were aged over 50 years old （71.35%）.6 categories 58 kinds of antineoplastic drugs were involved.64 cases of ADR caused by antineoplastic plant drugs were listed in the first place,accounted for 35.96%.The most common adverse reactions were in alimentary system,accounted for 46.07%.Conclusion ADR caused by antineoplastic drugs should be given full attention,in order to enhance the detection of ADR,promptly find,diagnose and prevent ADR caused by antineoplastic drugs.
