全髋人工关节置换术应用于髋关节疾病合并骨盆严重倾斜畸形的疗效分析

Effect analysis of total hip arthroplasty applied to the hip diseases with serious pelvis tilt anomalies

目的探讨全髋人工关节置换术应用于髋关节疾病合并骨盆严重倾斜畸形的方法和疗效。方法对59例髋关节疾病合并骨盆严重倾斜畸形患者行全髋关节置换术的临床疗效及手术相关问题进行分析。结果随访4～33个月,平均22个月,Harris评分术前平均为14.2分,术后平均为84.4分。术后骨盆严重倾斜畸形明显改善,髋痛及腰骶部酸痛消失,步态基本恢复正常,生活基本能自理。结论全髋人工关节置换术应用于髋关节功能障碍合并骨盆严重倾斜畸形患者能有效改善畸形,消除疼痛,解决关节功能障碍,近期疗效佳,远期疗效还有待观察。

Objective To investigate the method and effect of total hip arthroplasty applied to the hip disease with severe deformity pelvis tilt.Methods Fifty-nine cases of hip diseases complicated with pelvic tilt in patients with severe deformity of hip replacement clinical curative effect and operation relevant issues were analyzed.Results All patients were followed up for 4 to 33 months,22 months on average.The score of Harris was average 14.2 points preoperation,and an average of 84.4 points postoperation.Postoperative pelvic tilt heavily deformity was improved significantly,the pain of hip and lumbosacral disappeared,gait returned to normal,could basically take care of themselves.Conclusion For the hip disease with severe deformity of pelvis tilt in patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty can effectively improve the deformity,eliminate pain,solve the joint dysfunction.Recent curative effect is good.The long-term efficacy remains to be observed.
