血清胸苷激酶检测在结直肠癌患者中的临床应用 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨血清胸苷激酶(TK1)检测在结直肠癌患者中的临床价值。方法采用增强化学发光法(ECLA)检测120例结直肠癌患者、100例结直肠良性疾病患者及120名健康体检者(正常对照组)血清TK1水平;采用化学发光法分别测定癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原199(CA199)。结果结直肠癌组术前血清TK1水平为2.49(1.36~3.89)pmol/L,明显高于结直肠良性疾病组[1.19(0.73~2.08)pmol/L]和正常对照组[1.09(0.69~2.01)pmol/L,P均<0.01],结直肠癌患者术后1个月血清TK1水平明显下降,为1.61(1.22~2.53)pmol/L。结直肠良性疾病组与正常对照组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结直肠癌组血清TK1阳性检出率为58.3%,明显高于结直肠良性疾病组(13.0%)和正常对照组(14.1%)以及其他消化道肿瘤标志物(CEA18.3%、CA199 15.0%,P均<0.01)。结论血清TK1水平对早期结直肠癌筛查及辅助诊断具有一定的临床应用价值。
