Study on Researching Model of Sports Law

思辨研究是体育法学研究中运用最多的研究方式,是目前一种主流的研究取向和方式方法。但由于思辨研究自身不可克服的缺陷,在一定程度上影响了体育法学研究的发展。实证研究和实地以其自身的优势,在消解和克服思辨研究缺陷的过程中势必将逐步受到重视的重要的体育法学研究方式。

Speculative research is the most of researching model in study on sports law,it is a mainstream orientation and methods.However,due to the defects of its own can not be overcome,to some extent,affected the development of the Sports Law.Because of eempirical and field research own advantages in the process of digestion and overcome the theoretical one defect,Empirical Research and Field Studies are bound to gradually subject to important sports law research.
