摔跤运动“个人绝招”培养的必要性研究

The Necessity Research of Training Wrestling “Personal Trick”

本文通过对参加2011年四川省运动会摔跤比赛的20名摔跤运动员比赛情况,分析摔跤运动中绝招对运动员运动成绩的影响情况。结果得出高水平运动员(有绝招)的运动水平和比赛成绩明显优于低水平运动员(无绝招)。说明摔跤运动中绝招的应用是决定比赛成绩的关键因素之一。

The purpose of this paper is to analysis the influence situation of personal trick to the athletes＇ achievement in the wrestling competition according to the competition＇s situation of 20 wrestlers to participate in the 2011 Sichuan Games.And the result showed that the high-level athletes who had unique skills have significantly better exercise levels and competition results than the low-level athletes who had no unique skills.So it proved that the application of the unique skill in wrestling games is one of the key factors to determine the result of the competition.
