健美操锻炼与当代大学生的生活满意度的相关性分析被引量：2

摘要本文通过MSLSS量表和健美操运动等级量表对672名大学生进行调查,来了解和分析健美操锻炼对大学生的生活满意度的影响,以便今后更好地提高大学生的学习生活质量和心理健康水平。调查结果发现参加健美操锻炼的学生生活满意度高于非健美操锻炼者,健美操锻炼的运动量的大小对大学生的生活满意度也有高度的相关,中等运动量的健美操锻炼对大学生的生活满意有更多的正性评价。 This article through the MSLSS scale and aerobics grade scale of 672 college students were investigated,To the understanding and analysis of Aerobics Exercise on College Students＇ life satisfaction,In order to better the future of our students improve the quality of life and mental health level.Survey found that aerobics exercise of students＇ life satisfaction is higher than that of aerobics exercise,aerobic exercise to the size of the college students＇ life satisfaction are highly correlated,Moderate amount of exercise of Aerobics Exercise on College Students＇ life satisfaction has more positive evaluation.
