摘要
广西高铁三水铝土矿资源丰富,易于开采,具有较高的综合利用价值。利用烧结-高炉冶炼是较好处理该矿石的技术方法,能够顺利获得生铁产品及铝酸钙炉渣半产品。本文介绍铝酸钙炉渣半产品为试验原料,采用常压碱浸的工艺法,探索浸出、脱硅、碳分等工序适宜技术参数,开展提取氧化铝的探索性试验研究。结果表明:铝酸钙炉渣Al2O3浸出率>80%,生产Al2O3产品为合格产品。
Gibbsite bauxite with high iron in Guangxi is rich and higher comprehensive utilization value, and is easy to mining. The products of pig iron and the semi -finished products of calcium aluminate slag are made by Sintering- blast furnace smelting from gibbsite bauxite. In this paper, the semi -fin- ished products of calcium aluminate slag are used as testing raw material, and experimental study of extraction alumina is executed to explore proper techni- cal parameters of some production sections such as leaching, desilication, carbonation and etc, by caustic leaching process under normal pressure. The re- suits show that Al2O3 leaching rate from calcium aluminate slag is 〉 80% and the Al2O3 are qualified products.
