摘要
针对阴极炭块所处的服役工况,通过室内模拟试验手段,研究了铝电解环境对阴极炭块抗压强度、弹性模量及应力-应变关系的影响规律,分析了阴极炭块力学性能的劣化机理。试验结果表明,阴极炭块随着铝电解时间的增多,其力学性能均呈现出不同程度的下降趋势。建立了阴极炭块随铝电解时间变化的抗压强度折减模型和弹性模量的折减模型,为进一步开展阴极炭块结构在铝电解环境下的力学性能劣化计算模型的研究提供了依据。
Based on the service ambient with aluminium electrolysis condition, the evolution of compressive strength, elastic modulus and stress- strain curve of corresponding samples under various aluminium electrolysis times are investigated by experimental simulation method, the deterioration of mechani- cal properties of carbon cathode is also studied. The experimental results show that the mechanical properties decline to different extents with the increasing of aluminium electrolysis. Finally, the compressive strength reduction model and the elastic modulus reduction model with the time of aluminium electroly- sis are established. The results can offer a reference for further research on deterioration mechanism of mechanical property and calculation model of rein- forced carbon cathode structures during aluminium electrolysis.
