摘要
针对镁冶金工业中白云石的煅烧过程,本文提出了方波式和正弦波式振荡加热方式。采用FLUENT软件,对白云石物料的加热过程进行数值模拟,并与恒热流加热效果进行对比分析。结果表明在相同的加热时间、热流密度等条件下,振荡加热更利于物料的均匀加热,特别是以方波式振荡加热方式为优。进一步基于方波式振荡加热方式,深入分析了加热周期、供停热时间比、物料粒径对物料加热均匀性的影响,分析表明加热周期越大、供停热时间比越小以及物料粒径越小,物料内外温差越小,加热均匀性越好。
According to the calcination process of dolomite in magnesium metallurgical industry, the oscillation heating modes with square -wave and sine - wave type heat flux are proposed, of which the calcination processes of dolomite are simulated by FLUENT software. Compared with the traditional heat- ing mode with constant heat flux, it is indicated that the oscillation heating is more favorable for uniform heating of materials, especially the square - wave type is the best under the same conditions of heating time and heat flux et at. Especially for the heating mode with square - wave type heat flux, it is shown that longer heating cycle, smaller ratio of heating time to hold time and smaller size of materials will result in uniform heating.
