基于信息物理融合技术的铝电解实时感知控制通信系统设计 被引量:2

摘要 在深入研究现代铝电解自动控制系统通信协议和铝电解生产过程特点的基础上,结合目前正在深入开展研究与应用的CPS(Cyber-Physical System,CPS)技术,设计了基于CPS技术铝电解实时感知控制通信系统,分别介绍了铝电解实时感知控制系统结构、数据融合分析处理结构、通信网络结构、通信可靠性设计、通信实时性设计等,并对所设计的通信系统在实验室和工厂实际应用环境中进行了检验,取得良好的用户体验效果与经济效果,具有进一步推广应用的价值。 Based on the characteristics of automatic control system communication protocol during aluminium reduction and the aluminium reduction process, combined with cyber- physical system technology, the real -time sensing control communication system during aluminium reduction based on CPS technology are designed and structure of real - time sensing control system during aluminum reduction, data fusion processing and communication net- work, design of communication reliability and real - time communication are introduced. After the communication system designed is validated in the labo- ratory and actual application environment in the smelters, the better effects are gained, which have the further popularization and application value.
