应用抗反流引流袋对神经外科留置尿管患者尿路感染预防效果观察

EFFECT OF ANTI -REFLUX DRAINAGE BAG ON PREVENTING URINARY TRACT INFECTION IN NEUROSURGICAL PATIENTS WITH INDWELLING CATHETER

目的观察抗反流引流袋对神经外科留置尿管患者尿路感染预防效果。方法选择2008年10月—2009年3月住院的患者120例,导尿前无尿路感染,并随机分为A、B、C、D共4组。A组应用抗反流引流袋每7d更换1次,B组应用抗反流引流袋每10d更换1次,C组则应用普通引流袋每3d更换1次,D组应用普通引流袋每1d更换1次,比较各组菌尿的发生率。结果神经外科患者应用普通引流袋3d更换菌尿发生率低于每天更换者。应用抗反流引流袋菌尿发生率低于普通引流袋,而抗反流引流袋7d更换菌尿发生率低于10d更换者。结论神经外科患者应用抗反流引流袋尿路逆行感染的风险低于普通引流袋,以抗反流引流袋每7d更换1次为宜。

Objective To observe the effect of anti - reflux drainage bag on preventing urinary tract infection in neurosurgical patients with indwelling catheter. Methods A total of 120 neurosurgical in - patients without urinary tract infection from Oct. 2008 to Mar. 2009 were selected ,who were randomly divided into A, B, C, D groups. The patients in group A were applied anti - reflux drainage bags replaced every 7 days, those in group B were applied anti -reflux drainage bags replaced every l0 days. The patients in group C were applied ordinary drainage bags replaced every 3 days, those in group D were applied ordinary drainage bags replaced every day. The incidence of urinary bacteria in four groups were compared and analyzed. Results The incidence of urinary bacteria in the patients with ordinary drainage bag replaced every 3 days was lower than those with ordinary drainage bag replaced every day. The incidence of urinary bacteria in the patients with anti - reflux drainage bags was lower than those with ordinary drainage bags. The incidence of urinary bacteria in the patients with anti - reflux drainage bags replaced every 7 days was lower than those with anti - reflux drainage bags replaced every 10 days. Conclusion Risk of urinary tract infection in neurosurgical in - patients with anti - reflux drainage bags is lower than those with ordinary drainage bags,which is recommended to replace every 7 days.
