500kV变电站工频电磁场对工作人员IgA、IgG、IgM水平影响 被引量:4

Effects of power frequency electromagnetic fields on levels of IgA,IgG and IgM in workers of 500 kV transformer substations

摘要 目的探讨500 kV交流变电站工频电磁场对工作人员免疫球蛋白(Ig)A、IgG、IgM水平的影响。方法选择在500 kV变电站工作的310名工作人员作为接触组,296名供电局行政后勤人员作为对照组。用PMM8053A型电磁辐射分析仪测量工作场所工频电场、工频磁感应强度,以透射比浊法测定研究对象血清中IgA、IgG和IgM水平。结果接触组IgA(2.38±0.82)g/L、IgG(12.45±2.87)g/L、IgM(1.10±0.50)g/L,对照组IgA(2.28±0.78)g/L、IgG(12.28±2.63)g/L、IgM(1.14±0.57)g/L,2组的IgA、IgG、IgM水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);接触组不同接触工龄人群的IgA、IgG、IgM水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 500 kV变电站工频电磁场对工作人员IgA、IgG、IgM水平未发现影响。
