摘要
本文使用MTT法试验了6个以甲砜苯丝氨酸乙酯为载体的植物生长控制剂衍化物在体外100μg/ml浓度下,对HeLa细胞生长的抑制作用。其中,β-荼氧乙酰衍化物(A 8916)的抑制率为53.9%,2、3、5三氯苯氧乙酰衍化物(A 8913)为70.5%,其IC_(50)为15.31μg/ml。同时试验的两种对氯苯氧乙酰磺胺类衍化物(A 8833及A 8843)的抑制率分别为85.5%及71.4%。而β一苯荼氧乙酰异烟肼则无效。
Using MTT method, the cell growth inhibitory action of 6 derivatives of plant growth regulators with Methylsulfone-phenyl-serine ethytester as a carrier against HeLa cells under the concentration of 100μg/ml in vitro was examined. Among them, the inhibition rate of β-naphthyl-oxo-acetyl derivative (A8916) was 53.9%; that of 2,3,5-trichloro-phenyloxoacetyl derivative (A8913) was 70.5% with an IC50 of 15.31μg/mL At the same time, the inhibition rates of two p-chlorophenyloxoacetyl derivatives of sulfo-namidewere 85.5% (A8833 with an IC50 of 33.86μg/ml) and 71.4% (A8843), respectiv -ly. β-naphthyl-oxoacetyl-isoniazide was inactive.
