Improving the Micro-system,Making the Aorta of Railway Transportation Unimped ——Discussion on Reforming the System of Taking Out Luggage & Parcel

通过对大同站行包领取的现状调查 ,找到货主不能及时领取行包的症结 ,主要是行包领取凭证传递速度造成了栓塞。在分析由此给铁路造成不利影响的同时 ,提出了加速行包领取凭证递送的积极建议。

By investigating the current situation of taking out luggage & parcel at Datong railway station,the author found out that the key obstacle that prevented the owners from taking out luggage & parcel in time was the devlivery speed of vouchers for taking out luggage & parcel.Thus,the negative effects by the low delivery speed of vouchers were analysed,proposals were given for accelerating the delivery speed.
