血脂康对不稳定型心绞痛患者血浆TNF-α和hsCRP水平的影响

Effects of Xuezhikang Capsules on Plasma Tumor Necrosis Factorαand High Sensitivity C-reactive Protein in Unstable Angina Pectoris

目的探讨血脂康对不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)患者血浆肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)及超敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)水平的影响。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)和免疫浊度法检测60例UAP患者服用血脂康前后血浆TNF-α及hsCRP水平。结果 UAP组血浆TNF-α、hsCRP水平为(23.34±6.32)ng/L、(2.27±0.44)μg/L,显著高于对照组的(19.85±5.17)ng/L和(1.98±0.41)μg/L(P<0.01),服用血脂康4周后UAP组血浆TNF-α及hsCRP水平明显下降(P<0.01)。结论血脂康可显著降低UAP患者血浆TNF-α及hsCRP水平,对改善UAP患者的预后有一定作用。

Objective To investigate the effects of Xuezhikang capsules on plasma tumor necrosis factor α（TNF-α） and high sensitive C-reactive protein（hsCRP） in patients with unstable angina pectoris（UAP）.Methods Plasma TNF-α and hsCRP were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA） and Immune turbidimetric method at 4 weeks before and after oral administration of Xuezhikang capsules in 60 patients with UAP.Results The levels of plasma TNF-α[（23.34±6.32） ng/L] and hs-CRP [（2.27±0.44） μg/L] in patients with UAP group were significantly increased compared with that in control group[（19.85±5.17） ng/L and（1.98±0.41） μg/L,P0.01].Plasma TNF-α and hsCRP were significantly decreased at 4 weeks after treatment of Xuezhikang capsules（P0.01）.Conclusion Xuezhikang capsules was effective for decreasing plasma TNF-α and hsCRP and alleviated inflammatory reaction in patients with UAP.
