摘要
通过对安全素质理论的研究,结合供电企业安全生产工作实际情况,借助信息技术,提出供电企业员工安全素质自主管理模式。针对企业各级岗位,优化岗位安全职责要求,制定岗位安全素质模型(由素质指标、指标知识点及对应知识文档构成),员工对本岗位模型所含知识文档进行学习并填写总结,获得素质成长评分,运用曲线及表格分析方法排查当前安全素质构成缺陷,形成闭环管理,实现公司指导下的员工安全素质自主提升,进而提高整体安全技术能力和素质。
By studying the concepts of safety quality and the safety condition of electric power enterprises,a self-directed management mode of employees' safety quality of electric power enterprise has been established with the aid of information technology.To optimize safety duty and build safety quality mode(which consists of quality indexes,knowledge points and documents),the employees gain the scores of safety quality improvement by studying the documents which included in safety quality mode,the curve and table analysis methods have been applied in examining the current defects of the employees' safety quality to form closed-loop management,finally achieving the self-directed improvement of the employees'safety quality and increasing the enterprise's safety production capacity.
